Centrally located in Hammond, Indiana, TAG's Fabrication Facility provides our customer the option of implementing JIT* (Just In Time) delivery; while also minimizing transportation expense, in a time of unsettled fuel pricing.
TAG's Facility is ASME code certified, possessing "R"; "PP"; and "U" Certifications.
TAG's Fabricators, are experienced and certified in using the following materials: Carbon Steel; Stainless Steels (304; 316L; 317L; 320); Chrome-Moly 5-91; Inconel; Titanium; Aluminum; Carpenter 20; Galvanized; and Plastic.
TAG's Level 1 Inspectors evidence our dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality.
TAG inspection/testing processes include: Visual; Random X-Ray; Hydrostatic Testing; Magnetic Particle Testing and Weld Mapping.
TAG weld processes include: TIG; MIG; Stick; Innershield; and Submerged Arc.
